A sociopath is a term used to describe someone who has antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). People with ASPD can't understand others' feelings. They'll often break rules or make impulsive decisions without feeling guilty for the harm they cause.

People with ASPD may also use "mind games" to control friends, family members, co-workers, and even strangers. They may also be perceived as charismatic or charming.All Rights Reserved

He has dyslexia, psychoneurosis and Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease). With these, simple life can make them worse and even add to these complications he has already. He cannot be cured no matter how many surgeries and how much treatment he gets. He eventually starts going to school, and with the typical bullies will definitely find it hard to live.
