Kaito Kuroba normally had a very good relationship with Lady Luck, but of course he'd always known that she would leave him hanging someday. There was simply no one who could avoid having bad luck at least once. Seeing as he was also a wanted man who got into all kinds of sticky situations and out of every single one of them, relatively unharmed nonetheless, one could deem him way luckier than the average person. Considering all the risks he took it was really no surprise that his luck ran out... Though if one looked closely it hadn't completely, otherwise he would be dead.
Still that didn't mean he had to like the mess he'd gotten into. Though there was probably some fun to it...

Wolf chan is a top secret experiment created by the black org and their shadow group the silent crows.
