James life took a sharp turn when he got abducted from his own home just at the age of fifteen, but with his hopes that he would soon shift for the first time, James wasn't as scared as he thought he would be.
But after four years, his hopes diminished when he never went through the magic of turning into a wolf for the very first time. Luckily, he succeeded with running away when Alpha Gregory wanted to play his yearly game of hide and chase.
He turned up into another Alphas territory and James could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
But what he doesn't know, can't hurt him - right?

Some say that together, you'd form a necessary paradox; not a senseless contradiction. What happens when an omega and an Alpha of a different pack cross each other after years of hiding from him? It would seem like running away from him was her first mistake. ******* I squinted my eyes, looking closer to the man that stood outside the house. I frowned displeased with my knowledge. "You found me..." I muttered out. A smirk appeared on his face and his eyes stared deep into my soul with interest. As his eyes scanned my body up and down, I gulped, slouching my shoulders. He opened his mouth, staring back at me. "How long has it been, mate?" "I was hoping it would be longer. "Good having you back as a rogue" "Who exactly are you calling a rogue, Alpha?" She licked her lips. "I preferred to be referred as a Lone Wolf myself" He snorted "What brings you here?" She looked around as frowned. "It feels good, doesn't it? Knowing you stole something?" "I didn't steal anything" He seethed. "You better come back to wherever hole you crawled out of" "Oh, now, now, Alpha," She singsonged. "Jealously is a very ugly feeling" His nostrils flared. "I'm not jealous. I am Alpha" "Really?" She wiggled her eyebrows. "Is that why the aura I'm currently feeling is that of a Beta's?" "Hiding something, Alpha Callahan?" She suggested. ------‐--------------------------------------------------------------- All rights reserved; To the story, I do not own the cover. If it's someone's, please report and I'll remove it.
