The Victor's Lie "Is not every man a villain, depending on who tells the tale? The victor holds the privilege to rewrite history as they see fit. In this war, there are neither heroes nor villains, only survivors of a conflict that seems without end... Or did they all deceive themselves otherwise? They will bleed. They will weep. They will despise it. They will betray. They will believe they have won, if only because they must. But let this be clear: in war and in the game of power, there are no victors... only the vanquished. And in the end, only one questi Prologue What if I told you our world is a lie? A fragile stage where hidden gods move us like chess pieces, their celestial fingers dripping with mortal suffering's blood. I didn't believe it... until they tore the veil from my eyes and cast me into the screaming darkness. Eva doesn't fight to save the world... no, she fights to deny victory to those who control it. A young woman who will quickly learn to adapt to this new system; after all, she's always been part of it, she just didn't know. This is the truth they kill to conceal: We were never meant to look behind the curtain. My name is Eva, and I am the mistake the gods wish they had erased. To survive their games, I will bargain with the Devil himself. To win, I will need my father's blessing. And to end this war that has raged since before light touched the Earth...
