One performance from the Spirit of Staten Island Marching Band was all it took for Alex to sign up... But he'd been fearful at the same time. With such a big group, and so many talented players, he knew for sure he'd get lost in the mix or even outright rejected because of the fact he'd only played trombone for a year. 

But the band takes him in at the start of his freshman year, and he quickly gets thrown in a loop of complicated music and even more complicated drills. Just when he thought he'd caught up, disaster strikes and starts to rip his band apart.

All he wants now is to save it.

He sleeps around with a lot of girls and has had more girlfriends that than there are stars in the sky. So what happens when he meets his mate Shawn who hasn't even had his first kiss. Based off of the short story I wrote called Bloody Sympathy. Holds similarities but a lot of it is changed or made more subtle since that was old writing and I find the intense sudden angst very cringe worthy but people wanted a full story and I like the original path the story was taking so i'm trying it out. Taekwoon lost his Mother at 15. His Father became distant and he took to school. He put all of his pain into studying and getting the grades he knew his Mother would have wanted him to have. Fighting his way to the top of the class Taekwoon graduated High School with a full paid scholarship to multiple universities. Taekwoon knew he wanted to be a doctor and saves lives. The issue was, he was terrified of needles. What is to come when he is the only one who can save a woman's life but has to face his fear to do so?
