Laura Rosemary is a new student at Chandler High. Having come from a private school for the gifted, she feels lost in this new environment until she stumbles across Myah DeGada, a popular girl and former cheerleader. The unlikely pair quickly become friends, but this friendship is swiftly put into question as suspicious rumours begin to haunt Chandler High School.
