Naruto's life are wonderful. He finally can feel what does it feels like for having a family and a lover that love him just the way he is.

But everything change after Naruto caught his lover cheated on him with his best friend. Because of heart broken, Naruto ask for permission to the Hokage so he can traveling around the nations like his late sensei.
