In a world where people have soulmarks on their wrist that matches their soulmates. Homophobia is as lively as ever, seeing homosexual soulmates as proof that they're damned to Hell, meet two opposite teens living in a small world that are destined to fall in love.
Desi is an average teenager with chores, a job, a few friends, and a lot of siblings. Her life is busy enough without having to deal with her soulmate's problems. When she gets over whatever issue she's having then they can come find her.
Dana is the poster image for a perfect child. Straight A's, captain of the cheerleading squad, stunning and popular, from afar she seems infallible. However, that is far from the truth. With suppressed homophobia that conflicts with her falling in love with her soulmate, and parents that aren't even there to help her, she relies on best friend Isabelle for many things.
