Jerome Valaska

A young crazy teen (Jerome Valaska) king of Gotham kidnaps Jim Gordon's daugther and has a plan with Jim, but then he starts to fall in love with her and she secretly falls in love too but is scared to tell him because she thinks he will laugh at her.
