Royalty is no longer the same. Jonah definitely knows this after being continuously sent down to the Basement, the most horrifying room in the Kingdom. Finally fed up with the life he knows, he decides to leave it behind. Only good can come from it, right? Once he manages to escape the torture known as being a Prince, as well as an arranged marriage, he comes upon a small village where his life finally starts to come together after he meets his new innocent friend and saviour, Liam. Little does Jonah know, however, that Liam has one big secret to hide as well. As the two begin to grow closer after an unfortunate mishap involving Liam's job, Jonah begins to feel different. Especially how they're about to meet for the second time when Claire gets backed into an alley by a drunken creep. After Claire is rescued the two fall deeply in love with each other and know right away that they'll last forever.
