This is the old version of my current story. If you want to die of cringe and crappy writing, read this. This is more for the memories, honestly, and oh boy are those memories painful to think about...
500 years into the future, the human race has gained immense technological advancement. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. With these new 'powers', a group known as the 'Gazers' were born. After an attack on the Citadel, Ben and his friends were sent to different realities. Can Ben find and rescue his friends before it is too late?

The universe run by Mothu is crazy. Powers run rampant in this world, and people can live over 10x longer than in ours. In this world, humans, over the course of millions of years, had made a reliable form of fast space travel. They had spread out and explored the universe, inhabiting and colonizing various planets. They found orbs, orbs that held immense powers. One of those orbs, the one of time was taken back to earth, as it was the first-place humans lived, so it got first dibs. Unfortunately, they tried to use the time orb to bring back people from the dead too many times. The orb malfunctioned and send the earth and its inhabits back millions of years to year zero. No one really cared and left earth stuck back in its past. The other orbs were taken and spread out between key planets, all of which were among the first planets to be colonized. They were renamed after the orb they received. Of course, peace was never going to last. People began fighting over the orbs that granted such wonderful powers. The fighting lasted for centuries. Around 500at (at=after time warp of earth,) Four people with enormous powers rose to the top and took all the orbs for themselves. They were eventually sealed away by a resistance group and the galaxy made a treaty to try to prevent such an event from ever happening again. Peace took hold once again and people freely traveled between planets. Security became more and more lax, people became more trusting again. All of this left the door wide open for one man to go on a mission to reclaim the orbs, in hopes of bringing back those four men...Complete

Her name was Felloney, with gorgeous, dark, sparkly, charcoal grey eyes, and with wind power. They spend the whole week together. Then after a month, Felloney discovered that she's pregnant. She pretended and lied that the baby was with a grey-eyed man. 8 months later a baby girl was born. Not with just grey eyes. Or green. They were green, grey, blue and brown. They were mixed. In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. What's not enough for one, too much for three, and just right for two? A secret. But you know teenagers. We tend to break or bend the rules. In this case, three is just right for the secret that these highschoolers hold. Facit autem virtus nostra nos. Our power makes us one. "So, what am I?" "We, we don't know. We're still trying to figure that out." And with that, he got up and left the room. Swirling his coat behind him, leaving us to deal with this information. I felt as if I had just been slapped directly in the face with a frying pan. What do you mean you don't know what I am? As if I'm some sort of alien creature or something that's going extinct. "It's human nature. It's instinct to survive, no matter the cost." The world has fallen into desolation. The apocalypse has already started and finished, leaving some of the surviving ones with strange powers and mysterious scars. The world has ended, according to some, and is now in a state of rebirth. Others say it hasn't ended yet and that it's only going to get worse. The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. No one is safe. One fifteen year old boy knows this better than anyone. He and his older sister lived together, sticking to the dark alleys of their abandoned city, and survived for years after the apocalypse, until the Destroyers came and took her away, reigning terror on the few who remained in the city. The boy, desperate to find someone to help him save his sister, leaves the city and finds one of the youngest cooperative packs in North America, called the Raiders, comprised of unwanted individuals with the strange powers left from the destruction of years past. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny. "Maybe there's more to life than just surviving." ... Rated C for Caution. Though it's rated mature, there is no bad language or vivid descriptions of sexual contact. It does have very strong themes.
