Emma and Regina have been married for a couple of months now, there both happy together and both look after Henry as best they can, life seems to be going perfect for them both.
That is until Regina became ill, she tried to cover it up as best she could but it got to a point where she could no longer hide it, Emma took her to the doctors and the prognosis was not good. She wasn't given long to live.
