Tears of the Abyss

Alyssa Gardner can no longer display emotion. She feels them in her mind yet she can no longer physically display emotion. During a traumatic experience she had when she was young, watching her brother get killed by a shapeless form in his bedroom, she discovered that she sheds tears of pure emotion, while seeing visions of the future.

Years later, she is being targeted. she is caught and forced between the barrier that separates worlds. In an entirely new world, she meets Klas Wood, someone who also sheds the Tears.

As she attempts to get back to her home, she is forced to jump the barrier again, but finds out something tragic on the other side.
