In a horrific phenomenon, there are multiple cases where people's own eyes seemed to have been gauged out at the edge of the pier, and sunk into the water below. Each case is blamed on the victim suffering from a fatal aneurism. What they dont know is there's a possessed doll under the pier below, missing both of her eyes, lurking in the water. She just wants her eyes back... but no pair ever seems to fit.
