Off In A Distance

My name is Ashley but my family calls me Ash. I live with my dad and big brother in England. We live in a old fashioned large cabin surrounded by a big meadow. Our home is a Bed & Breakfast, some people stay here for one or two days then others stay weeks. We often have regular people that come in the winter or spring. And yes, we have WiFi. My brother is seventeen and I am fifteen, despite how different we are we get along fine.

My mom died from cancer when I was two, so I don't really remember her that well, other than the stories that my dad told my brother and I, when we sat by the fireplace.

I have my moms brown eyes and white hair. My brother is the opposite, he has dad's dark brown eyes and black hair, so when we go places as a family people think I am adopted. He and I are bi-racial, my mom is American and dad is from Japan, but they met at our Bed & Breakfast, so they bought it twenty years ago.

Well that leads up to now I guess.
