On Earth (e1) wars were fought and millions died defending their "truth." And then the greatest trick of all occurs: we die, we're reborn on Earth 2 (e2) and we still don't know a goddamn thing. From a philosophical standpoint it's even more disconcerting than not knowing. And so, the quintessential question on Earth 2 remains the same as it did on Earth: "What happens when we die?"
