Land of the free because of the brave, I wrote this story to give "normal" people into the mind of a wardog, body dropper, lean mean covered in green, Soldier. Each chapter will get progressively realer starting with what people perceive the military to be and ending with the grim truth.

He woke up in a hospital, doesn't know why he's there, doesn't know who he is, doesn't even know how he got there, and he's got a real bad headache. He's got a head wound the size of a baseball, he can't see with his right eye, and no matter how hard he tries, he can't get a straight answer for anything, except that mineshaft workers found him crystalized and immediately flew him to the 'hospital.' Nobody could figure out how long he was in the crystal, and the only thing he could remember was his name. I really hope you enjoy!
