The city of Saiross has walled itself separate from the townspeople of Penshaw. Their king refusing them aid in a desperate time of need, and in desperate times a strong and intelligent leader is needed. Unwillingly Nevaeh Reeves, a local girl of the town, takes up the role of the face of the rebellion.
