Artist Alexus Knightly spends day and night painting, it's all she can think about. Her parents may be rich and she may go to the most prestigious school on the upper east side but she never lets the money go to her head. She wears bright, Vintage clothes and would only use money if needed. She has the best friend she could ever dream of and has no idea what love is.

She meets fellow rich kid Zach and he seems a bit stuck up. He is always 000wearing black or some form of dark colour. He makes it seem like the world is against him. Zach has two secrets that he's not willing to let anybody find about, including Alexus. Will she be able to break through his strong, arrogant rich boy exterior or will he remain cold to the world?
