A first attempt at a fanfic this story picks up after the events of season 3. Is told in part through the eyes of an OC living in the rural Midwest as Clem travels back through looking for a place to call home. Feel free to comment if you like or leave suggestions
Story preview:
The epidemic hit everywhere not just the big cities. Small towns fell quickly with little to no information and not near the ease of access to medical or government service support. They left us here or tried to move us. If they were from around here they'd have known better; we weren't leaving, but we die just like the rest.
With nothing but miles of abandoned overgrown fields filled with walkers and winter coming soon everything becomes desperate, a silent scream for something to go right.

Re-write of my original TWDG series Book 3 and final of the re-writes Several months have past since Clementine and her group enrolled in the community known as Yankton. For a while, things seemed good. But all good things come to an end when the community suffers an attack from the hostile group, the Hunters. Clementine and her group question if the word safe is a even a thing anymore and are forced to live in the walker infested world once again. Skipping ahead a few more months later, winter starts to roll in. Raising the levels of danger. Supplies are at an all time low due to the weather conditions. After all hope seems lost with no animals to hunt, stores already being raided, Clementine and her group finally stumble upon new survivors who are willing to help them. Re-write of my original TWDG series. Book 2 of the re-writes. One month later, the group is faced with the undead infested world once again. With nothing else to do but survive, the group struggles to find supplies. Running into new faces along the way, but trust isn't easily earned. The Zergling (Clementine Story)
On November 2037, a pack of aggressive creatures were found in the underground of the City of Macon. It was called Zerglings. The one-meter-tall creature with complex optical structure, which allow them to see at night. They leap with their webbed feet and possess sickle limbs and sharp incisor teeth, used primarily for tearing into flesh. They keep increasing in number and the human civilization was started to falling down. Countless people died. Human are not capable to fight the Zergling. A few weeks went by, we learned that the Zergling were found in other places too around the world. Within 8 months, they took over the world. Survivors form communities. They defend their home against Zergling. Some communities survive, but some has to accept their tragic fate. Fourteen years later, the earth has become a bad place to live. With limited and scarce resources, sometimes human become as dangerous as the Zergling. At first human fight the creature, and then human fight each other. An eighteen-year-old girl, Clementine, saved by Lee Everett when this all started. They travelled and met other survivors until they were sound and safe inside a community. Clementine learned that people around her, fellow survivors, friends, close friends, or anyone that meant family to her, always died. And sometimes, for stupid reasons. She even made one simple mistake that make it worse, leading her fate to a dangerous world she's not prepared to be in.
