However, they do have to deal with Silent Storm, the interim General, who is still learning how to do his job.  Handling the antics of the Ultra Vs, Mad Gear and Missile Kid, and the ex-Rioters is proving to be very difficult for him so far, and he wonders how he'll ever live up to his friends' expectations for him.

As Korse would probably say, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em." Or, as Party Poison would say, "Fuck you."
