17 year old Lydia Martinez is just your average New York teenager (and Belieber) - except for the fact that her singing is anything but average. When an Interscope assistant manager discovers her and flies her all the way to Los Angeles to live with his daughter Chloe while she kick-starts her career, she's suddenly a fish out of water - until she meets her idol, Justin Bieber, who, to Lydia's surprise, is a teenager who's just as out of place in L.A. as she is.
