Tokala is a kitsune, half human, half fox. She is just over sixteen thousand years old, with an attitude to match! Tokala and her brother Todd begin attending Sealth High School, the prepiest school in the state, but as Tokala begins to settle in, Harland, an old foe arrives in town, with a warning. Inari is coming. Not only is Tokala juggling the impending doom of the arrival of Inari, but a human has discovered her secret and is determinded to be a kitsune like her. But will they be able to discover who Inari is posing as? Will Tokala be able to keep her hands off Mason and her nose out of trouble?
