But will the survivor ever restore the humanity of their beloved town? Or will this fragile new order be built on the same vicious power structures that defined the old world, the one that was controlled by the mafia? When the legendary assassin, The Red Serpent, re-emerges from the shadows, their presence threatens to shatter the peace. The Humanitarians send their most dangerous enforcer, Jackson Stone-a cold-hearted killer driven by his own dark secrets-to hunt them down. He only finds himself drawn to the one he was told to hate.
