This takes place after the whole Morro possession thing. I'm not doing anything related to Cannon in this book, so hope you enjoy!
This is a story of where Lloyd is magically transfered back in time out of nowhere, to right after he defeats the Overlord.
Overjoyed after being reunited with Garmadon, Lloyd spends all of his time with his father, never leaving his side not letting him leave his sight. But...something is brewing in the evil side of things. The shadow....the evil Overlord will return...as a virus to New Ninjago City.
Then....things change....and play out way differently then it did the last time it happened.

The ninja finally defeats Lord Garmadon and Lloyd gets his dad back. Everyone is happy again, but the darkness that was in Garmadon finds its way to Lloyd which causes him to slowly become meaner and more emo. The darkness takes full control of Lloyd and makes him just as evil as his dad, but more powerful since he is still the Green Ninja. The rest of the team is left to figure out who and or what is powerful enough to destroy the evilness in him without harming their friend.
