Since high school Silas has put Trevor first in their friendship, after being truthful about his feelings the two best friends tried but ultimately decided staying friends is better than anything they could've had. Silas's feelings however never changed, so couple of years after high school when the opportunity to finally sleep with his best friend arises, he takes it over and over hoping Trevor will want more than just the sex. But he never chooses Silas, it took a while to admit this truth to himself but Silas finally realizes in order to be truly happy he has to stop giving Trevor what he wants.

Now after years of trying and finally getting over his best friend, Silas is ready to move on, but trying to choose himself over Trevor will come with many consequences.
