That would be passed down through generations, It runs in their blood. It has been normalized, but there's a twist, their bodies can't handle these abilities and it kills them slowly each time it is used, and with People dying. Groups of people abusing their power, everyone is slowly realizing that these powers are becoming a huge problem for everyone. Still, no one can speak on the matter as for there are rules and everyone must follow them and worship the god and the powers given.
