Three years after the Battle of Hogwarts, Hermione is working in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. She's making significant changes for the better, and is on track to rise through the ranks of the British Ministry.

Less than a year later, she disappears.

No-one knows where or why she's gone, though Harry suspects it's something to do with Hermione's new office-mate. Draco insists he's as clueless as the rest of them.

It remains a mystery for years until Draco stumbles across Hermione in a muggle town in Northern Ireland. Despite her panicked requests to leave her in peace, Draco is determined to find out what she's hiding.
