Its more or like being trapped and dragged by anxiety and depression. Like its weighting us down but we really can fight it. It seeks shelter and comfort in our thoughts that think 'im not enough' when all we have to do it respond to by saying 'im bigger than you'. I mean this short write up just explains how Depression sits in the corner fed by our fears to come out. We're the one's feeding this disorder and we can turn the tables around.
