Ellie Winter has a secret. Known as Agent Rose she has many killed people, bad people. She has a way of making people talk. Though she may not have any powers like most in her level she can get whatever she needs for a mission. That doesn't mean she likes her partner. Lilly Woods AKA Mother Nature always rubs in Ellie's face that she does not have powers but her friend Phoenix Hallows is another story. Agent Rose doesn't need powers to finish her mission successfully. Even though shes only 11.
