She had her secrets from the war and just what had happened to her, it was just too hard for her to tell him of her broken past and yet some how she couldn't find a reason to let him go. He was curious, too much for his own good most days. She was a mystery to him one that he had to crack, one he just wished to protect. Perhaps they made too many promises in the end, too many commitments. However, maybe it's those promises that give them the patience so deal with one another and their pasts.
This is a spin off of a story I plan to write one day, so it will be short.
All rights got to the creator of Naruto for this lovely fandom, Masashi Kishimoto, but the story idea and my oc are my own. Cover also comes from the Wattpad Covers app. I hope you enjoy.

The hole in someone's heart can be physical like a kunai wound, but it can also be unseen. [Eventual Kakashi Hatake x OC] This story contains: occasional language, violence, epic ninja battles, and Kakashi being awesome. Also, there are major spoilers for both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden; you have been warned. I do not own Naruto or any characters, dialogue, or plot from the original show nor do I own any of the pictures at the beginning of each chapter as they are from Google. However, my plot, cover and OC's are original. Public Service Announcement: This is the first story idea that I have ever bothered to write down (usually I'm too lazy to do more than just come up with the idea for a story) so the first few chapters are a little lacking in my opinion and title is stupid since I can't name things for the life of me. However, I personally think that it really improves as it goes on, and I'm able to find my voice a little more. I have gone back through and edited, but I'm too lazy to do a full rewrite, sorry. She's saved by the elite ninja known as Hatake Kakashi, but Chiisai, who has secrets of her own, wants nothing to do with him. Unfortunately for her, Kakashi has a lot of time on hand, and he soon learns nothing is simple about her, and her secret threatens all of the Leaf. Even worse, there's a pull to her he can't quite stop, and it's one he shouldn't entertain. It's a slowburn with mystery and action. Dual pov, third person. Complete. Prepare for usual Naruto violence and mild cursing, etc. I write fluff and angst. Is mature in the last two books for several scenes, making this series in the new adult subgenre. This is part one of a trilogy or possible quartet. This is a heavily updated/edited version from fanfiction.net and AO3. I will update those after finishing posting the completed series here.Complete
