After surviving a tragic accident that took her father's life, sixteen-year-old Emma is forced to move to a quiet little town with her grieving mother. The town is picture-perfect-too perfect. But beneath the surface, something is deeply wrong. Their new house is unsettling. The air feels cold. The nights are too quiet. And Emma can't shake the feeling that something-or someone-is watching her. Her mother, once grieving, is suddenly... too happy. The townspeople are welcoming-too welcoming. And the house? It whispers to her. Tells her things she shouldn't know. But no one will listen. As Emma unravels the town's secrets, she realizes she was never meant to leave.
