The United States and Russia have allied together as one large world superpower. Under the new alliance they are known as the New World Soviet Union. This new nation is lead by their leader Aaron Taylor. However, the west side of the original USA is in rebellion against this this alliance. Taylor's brother Josh Wicker and his son Matthew Wicker has created a rebellion against the world dictator and must find a way to stop Taylor by traveling back in time to complete an attempted assassination on him.
