When new rules pass about the 'danger' of some arguably very stupidly chosen things, the most distraught people in South Park start a rebellion to get their life back into their hands instead of quite honestly disillusioned people shielding them from the outside world. But whenever they try, they end up just getting further away and frustration can be seen in everyone.
