This does have some canon divergence as it doesn't make them.. want to have that weird threesome with Anne at the end. Anne is in love with Dan. I like Dan.

While Eddie lives his usual life with his new journalist job, Venom is stranded at the abandoned Life Foundation missing his host. Eddie Brock and Demon Venom: MINE
There had been a rumor going around the church that every night exactly at twelve o'clock, there was a sentient being that roamed the building, searching for victims to possess and kill. Eddie hadn't believed them until they caught it on camera one night. The security cam showed a person who had broken in apparently and was on the hunt to steal some stuff. Suddenly, there was a huge, black creature that had sprung out of nowhere and had dispatched the robber with one bite, eagerly scooping up the rest to eat after severing the person's head. And that was on camera. Everyone had seen it. Now of course there were people who speculated that it could have been a joke, but the security footage didn't lie. Limbs and parts were flung around, the demon obviously enjoying its hunt, gruesome sounds and images embedded into Eddie's brain. And that demon was huge. On camera, it seemed like it's head would touch the ceiling in the office where the man went to steal. Of course there wasn't a very good image of it as it almost always showed the back of the creature, but still! Eddie shuddered. Imagine if he got caught by that thing!Complete

Basically, Venom is middle school Eddie Brock's Kwami in the Miraculous AU. The Boy has just begun school in Paris for plot reasons, now, after saving an old man, he has developed a close relationship to his Miraculous. What will happen? Who knows?! This is the first story I have fully completed before posting, so I'll be adding a chapter every other day, look forward to it :-) This is technically Symbrock, if you squint, but their isn't actually any really lovey-dovey stuff Personally I don't think this is an incredible story, but I like it, and I am pretty happy I got the idea onto the internet in a fanfiction :)Complete

In the dark, down period of the six months after Eddie is fired, dumped and blacklisted, he comes across a lesser known journalist and reaches out in hopes of finding some work to focus on. He finds Candace Miller, an ambitious and kind import to San Francisco from the mid-west who wants to help people and be taken seriously. With their many similarities in their work, they find themselves very compatible with her level-headedness and his inclination to admire a strong woman. They join forces to help the oppressed peoples of the city. This means long hours together, stakeouts and danger. With danger comes adrenaline, and add riding high on victory, who knows what this loser experiencing a win after a long drought will do? The sudden appearance of the symbiote Venom makes the growing bond between Candy and Eddie even more complicated to navigate. How will Eddie deal with the possibility of moving on from Anne and juggling a new relationship with a being like Venom? Eddie has to figure out if he wants to let his new love interest know about his other half or not. How will Candace react to finding out the truth about this new Eddie Brock?Complete
