This is Us

It's been almost a year since Sadie and Erik first got together after it took them both a little while to come to terms with whether or not this was what they wanted. Things have been going well, although there's one problem that's been hanging over their heads since Sadie last spoke to her mother on the phone.

Sadie's mother wants nothing to do with her as long as she's still dating the much older Dr. Erik Ellis.

It's Christmas time, the happiest time of year to most. Unfortunately for Sadie, she knows this holiday season is going to be a challenge. She really wants to go home for the holidays to visit her father and her siblings, even if her mother doesn't want her there.

She's just not sure how that will all pan out, especially because she would like to bring Erik with her.
