Rouges are becoming too popular. They are manifesting like crazy! Innocent wolves are being killed and the Wolf Council has come up with a plan to end it. All wolves in the U.S. between the ages of 13 and 18 are required under Lycan Law to attend one of the five wolf academies scattered around the country. NO EXCEPTIONS. That means alphas too. Oh no. Here comes the drama.
