My heart skipped a beat once I realized I was falling. I didn’t know how far I had fallen, but I still had time before I made contact with whatever was under me. My eyes closed and then I heard a snap. A sharp pain was sent through my body. Then it went dark all around me.

I DO NOT OWN THE ORIGINAL THE STORY. THE ORIGINAL STORY IS A PUBLISHED BOOK. In English class, we were given a list of projects to do and I decided to add a chapter. It's different then the book. My "additional chapter" to the story doesn't relate much to the book itself. If you haven't read LORD OF THE FLIES, don't worry. You can get a good understanding of the what has happened to these boys previously in their worldly lives based on what they think and say.
