Two kingdoms are in the midst of a war over the legalization of magic. Among these kingdoms, the kingdom against the use of magic houses a royal child that was born of magic and could grow to be the most powerful magi to ever live. The child has no knowledge of said powers due to the mother figuring out a way to suppress said powers, until the day she dies. Without their mother to secretly administer the suppressant, the child begins to gain their powers back slowly. They learn and uncover more secrets about their magic and where it came from, all the while keeping it a secret. As their magic power grows, the harder the secret is to contain, and the more the war intensifies.
