When eighteen year old (Y/n) (L/n) discovers an odd, yet, interesting neckless in her grandmothers house, she decided to takes it home with her.
It had reminded her of Prussia's black cross he wears on his uniform. And being the hetalia fanfic that she is, of course, she finds it intriguing.
But when she finds out what true power the neckless really has, she's in for a big surprise when she spots the silver haired hottie in her room with her.

However the world is on the verge of WW3. The only way it can be prevented is an arranged marriage between a one country from each side.
