It has been three years ever since the great information breaker, Izaya Orihara has suddenly vanished from Ikebukuro, it was like one day he was here and the other day gone.
No one knows why the sudden dissapearance of The Great Orihara Izaya. During this three years of Izaya's absence, Ikebukuro has been quite peaceful, too peaceful that it took everyone in ikebukuro to get used to. Not everyone in this city has ever been quite use to the quiet and peaceful enviroment since everyday they would see flying vending machines everywhere or other metal objects you name it, screaming, and chasing one another down the streets. Now, it's quite the opposite.
