A series of murders are happening within Setagaya, Tokyo and within the city of Kage in America. Two detectives, Rhett and Andrew are on the case in America while another target is being snuffed out for potential clues. One caring about the police's image, trying to make himself look serious, and another that doesn't care. Allowing himself to fall into different areas of sin. Whether it's breaking his own law or breaking someone else. A man crossing the border from Germany to Japan is in the midst of getting their surgery, and of course the final idol within the mix, always busy and never stopping. Always caring about his own avatar more than his own wellbeing.
