I shook my head backing up until I get a wall and I let out a squeak and he sighed. "I'm not gonna hurt you I promise, pinkey swear." He held out his finger and I hesitated before latching his finger with mine.
I then ran to him scared as he embraced me in a hug. "The house is clear." One of the men said.
"I don't get it, why would they leave their child behind?"
"Because they're idiots." I fliched as the man holding me talked about my parents. "Let's not talk about that right now."
The guy picked me up and carry me outside to a car. I know I should be screaming and kicking away since I'm with a stranger but I felt comfortable.
"Is this her, she's so beautiful and small." A female voice said and I lift my head up to look at her. She had the same hair color as me but that was it.
"May I?" She asked as she held her hands out. I reached out to her as she hugged my like her own. She sat into the car.
