A strange boy named Kaiji Nakamura has taken up a very unusual hobby. He never fit in at school, so to past the time he studied the paranormal. Obtaining a great amount of knowledge about cypitids, urban legends, ghost, you name it. He freaked out all the kids at school, so he mainly studied at home. But one night, after serving detention, he runs into a very real spirit, who aims to kill him. But something about Kaiji leads the spirit into serving and protecting the strange boy. Time passes and Kaiji is visited by a ghost , who gives him instructions to form a team of paranormals and prepare for war. What war ? What could be coming ? Only time will tell.
