"How are you doing Mrs. Eggolnog. Here for Ben's results?" Dr. Harver held up papers, reading them slightly.
"Yes, I need to know what is wrong with him." Christine looked at Ben. He was anxiously waiting.
"Well, when was his fourteenth birthday?" The doctor asked.
"About a month ago, but he doesn't feel fourteen." The mother sadly sniffled.
"That's because he isn't." The answer shocked the mother. "He has some disease that I am for now calling Stop disease. We've never seen a gene like his before. He completely stopped aging when he became twelve."
"That's.. Impossible!" The mother shouted, tears forming. "I need to see him grow up! His older sister is fine why isn't he!?"
"I'm afraid none of the doctors in this building, including me, don't know what is wrong."
"NO!! I CAN'T HAVE HIM JUST STOP!!" She broke the jar next to her.
"Ma'am we need you to leave." The doctor said sternly. He looked towards the boy sitting on the doctor bed. He was looking down. Dr. Harver couldn't see his broken eyes.
