Both at the worst time in their life's see an opportunity to move out to a better place. Maia goes to the so called inherited house of her grandmother. Brennan moves out after finding a letter saying he ownes his now dead grandfathers house.
What they of course do not know is that it is the same house...and little do they know that the nightmares they get at night will connect them in the most inimaginable way ever.
