During summer vacation, Austin parties at a night club until it shot up by a mexican gang. He wakes up in the middle of a fivht between the FBI & DEA versus a sneaky underground crew wanting to push them out. With the DEA & FBI promising to find his friend and the underground crew doing the same, Austin makes a ploy of his own.
