Ri is faced with an impossible demand- to get a thousand gold pieces before summer's end. It won't be easy but luckily he meets a mysterious huntress named Jolana- who is in fact a banished princess- and others like five killing machine brothers, a man stuck in a deer's body, and a master thief with an untrained mage- set out to kill a blabber mouth Dragon and take all its gold. Their tale is far from original, however, also far from typical.
