You are fine. You're okay. But you behave like you aren't. So are you really? Are you really okay?

For me, I create this because as someone who considers herself 'healthy', I believe I will always be unwell. I feel as though my life will always be an endless array of me behaving in accordance with my habits that have formed from my mental health. How your mind and your behaviours sometimes don't work together. Maybe in some case they never will.
This is how it feels, to be okay, but to act in a way that you are not. This is habits of depression.
