It's been about a year since Ari Fisher and Michael Myers parted ways. Now a patient at Springwood Sanitarium in Ohio with a new shrink who she actually gets along with, and finds herself trying to keep Michael's memory fresh in her mind. But when her old nightmares from her past haunts her in her sleep, she finds herself making a deal with the devil in order to be reunited with Michael and hopes to free him from his curse.
